Is there anyone who doesn’t at least wish for them? They seem elusive, don’t they?
Bottom line is if you have em’, you get noticed immediately. Even if
you’re a skinny minny. Nut do you spend WAY too much time training your
abs directly… pumping away with all kinds of different abs-specific
exercises?
